Hosting

All packages have a basic setup fee of R150. Basic setup does not include web design.

Value Package (R130 p/m):
Intended for small sites of 30Mb or less, it has no database bundle and includes 400mb of bandwidth per month. Bandwidth which exceeds quota is billed at R0.25/Mb. 5 mailboxes are provided.

Optional Extras:
Web Statistics = R75 setup & R25 p/m

Professional Package (R185 p/m):
Intended for medium sized sites of 50Mb or less. Database access can be provided as an add-on extra. 10 mailboxes are provided, can be expanded to 15 mailboxes at cost of R35 each. Includes 500Mb bandwidth per month. Bandwidth which exceeds quota is billed at R0.25 / Mb

Optional Extras:
Web Statistics = R75 setup & R25 p/m
Mailboxes = R35 each (maximum of 15)
MySQL Database = R100 / 50Mb

Premium Package (R350 p/m):
Intended for larger sized sites of 100Mb or less. Storage space can be expanded as required. 20 mailboxes are included and can be extended to an unlimited amount at a cost of R25 each. More complex sites which require web languages such as PHP, ASP or .net are supported. A MySQL database is provided and can be increased in 100Mb increments. Includes 500Mb bandwidth per month. Banwidth which exceeds quota is billed at R0.25/Mb.

Mailboxes = R25 each / pm
Additional Storage = R20 per Mb / pm
MySQL Database = R200 per 100Mb / pm

Internet Only Accounts:
Although Weblink email addresses are not supplied with Internet Only accounts, they do support any existing email accounts you may have. You can still access email which is hosted elsewhere, and an outgoing mail relay server is made available to relay on your behalf. Internet Only Accounts can be paired with the Corporate Mail Service.


Corporate Mail:
The corporate mail service is for private mail addresses which have their own domain name. All mail is delivered to Weblink where it is screened for viruses or spam before it is retrieved by the client. Corporate mailboxes cost R35 each, do not include costs for domain registration and renewal, and are only available for Weblink internet users.


Fax to Email:
Fax to Email is a value add which can only be bundled with a Weblink internet account. Clients get their own unique fax number which is mapped to their email address. Incoming faxes are converted to attachments and forwarded to them via email. Fax to Email is free and is activated by request.


Email to Fax:
Email to Fax is a paid per month upgrade to the Fax to Email service. Clients are able fax documents straight from their word processor by mailing their document to an email to fax gateway. The gateway sends the document to its destination over a regular fax line. Email to Fax costs R5 / month excluding fax transmission charges which are extra. The Email to Fax upgrade is activated on request.
